We have two dogs with health issues (digestive, pancreas and liver problems). Our veterinarian recommended a low fat diet for each. They have adjusted to Blackwood 4000 (now Blackwood Black Label Adult Lean Recipe) just fine, their coats are shiny and healthy. They are maintaining a healthy weight and there aren’t as many digestive problems since switching to Blackwood.

I bought this puppy food after a lot of research. Trust me, I did my homework on puppy food. My miniature schnauzer loves this food. After just one bite, she was hooked – literally! This food smells very fresh, good size kibbles for a puppy (she doesn’t inhale the food like she did before. With this size of kibbles, she takes her time). The food is very healthy, and her coat is very shiny! I will definitely stick to this food! I’d highly recommend this food to anyone who has a puppy! My puppy loves it!
